Who We’re Looking For
We’re actively hiring for the following roles to help us deliver top-notch service and maintain our reputation as Berks County’s #1 pool and hot tub company:
Service Technicians
- Skilled in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing heaters, pumps, automation systems, and filters.
- Experienced with pool openings, closings, and general equipment maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Construction Specialists
- Experience or interest in learning pool construction tasks, such as tile and plaster repairs, skimmer replacements, underground plumbing, and caulking.
- Physically capable of handling construction tools and materials.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Maintenance Technicians
- Experienced in pool maintenance tasks, including vacuuming and balancing water chemistry.
- Knowledgeable in operating pool equipment and valve systems.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Seasonal Apprentices
- No prior pool industry experience is required—just a willingness to learn, work hard, follow directions, and show up every day.
- Ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the pool and hot tub industry.
